Welcome to the Home of Bison Grappling. You have found the best grappling page on the World Wide Web bar none. Inside you will find information on grappling tournaments, techniques, training as well as information about the Bison's and other Minnesota grapplers.

The Bison's meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 PM. And one weekend day. Our gym is in Bloomington, Minnesota. We also meet most weekends or have other club sponceded activities. Please see the Bison's page for more information and other programs offered through the Bison gym. Coach Michael Reilly does frequent seminars and guest instruction for a variety of clubs.
